摘    要:知识经济时代高校图书馆价值营销流程再造是一项系统工程。文章以价值营销理论和流程再造理论为指导,首先,分析了高校图书馆价值营销和价值营销流程再造的基本概念;其次,揭示了高校图书馆价值营销流程再造意义;最后,从决策组织流程再造、工作流程再造和保障流程再造等多个方面分析知识经济时代高校图书馆价值营销流程再造的对策。参考文献6。

Abstract:Business Process Reengineering of the University library value marketing in knowledge economy era is a systematic engineering. According to value marketing theory and Business Process Reengineering theory, In the paper, firstly we analyze the basic conception of the university library value marketing and Business Process Reengineering; Secondly, analyze the importance of Business Process Reengineering of the university library value marketing in knowledge economy era; Finally, we put forward some tactics for Business Process Reengineering of the university library value marketing through decision-making, working flow and guarantee in knowledge economy era. 6refs
