| 摘 要： | 本研究运用"中国成人远程学习者学习风格测量量表".采用文化背景分类抽样、专业抽样、学习者抽样的分层随机抽样法,从淮河文化、皖江文化、徽文化区域,各选择了1～2所有代表性的电人分校和奥鹏中心,按照文科类、经济类、理工类等三大类,从人数多、有代表性的本、专科专业中,对学习者随机抽样,发放问卷,进行学习风格的测量.共回收问卷902份,有效问卷848份.对搜集到的数据采用SPSS 12.0、AMOS4.0等软件进行数据统计分析,得出如下研究结论:地域文化足影响学习风格的主要因素,其影响作用是是显著的;组织文化及其与地域文化的交互作用对学习风格虽有影响,但没有达到显著性水平.这一研究结论说明,文化不是影响学习风格的惟一变量,但它对学习风格的形成具有深刻、稳定、持久的影响.远程教育院校、组织要关注不同文化对学习风格的影响,引导地域义化、组织文化、远程学习者文化等多元文化的有机融合,避免文化冲突,重视和加强远程教育文化建设,在和谐的多元文化氛围里,教与学"风格"相宜,促进远程学习者的学业完成.
