| 摘 要： | 20世纪以来,科学技术的高速发展和人文精神的缺失,给现代社会的和谐发展带来了挑战。人文精神和科技品质内驱力不仅是教育培养高层次人才的类型,也是衡量一个国家综合国力的标准。人文精神不仅是产生科技品质内驱力的动力,而且是科技创新行为出现的前提,是维护科学道德和科学伦理的基石;人文精神与科技品质内驱力之间有着紧密的互动关系。

| Abstract: | The high speed development of science and technology and the delayed advancement of humanism spirit has brought about great challenge to modern society's harmonious development since in the 20th century. Humanism spirit and inner motivity of science and technology quality are not only the important type of talents cultivated by modern education, but also the standard of comprehensive national power. At the same time, humanism spirit is not only a moivity of science and technology quality, but also a reason of activity of science and technology innovation and the foundation stone of scientific morality and scientific ethic. They are closely related. |
