| 摘 要： | 生源地、城乡分布、父母是否为机关事业和国有企业负责人、家庭收入、家庭利用社会关系、性别都能影响大学生就业,尽管不同指标的影响不同。随着我国就业环境变化,社会资本对大学生就业的总体作用增强。社会资本的功能具有两面性。大学生可以构建自己的社会关系网络,并通过努力学习等其他途径来弥补社会资本的不足;政府要推进制度改革,限制社会资本的不利影响,营造良好的就业环境,以促进大学生就业。

| Abstract: | Many factors can influence the employment of college graduates to different degrees.In the declining employment environment in China,the influence of social capital is enhanced.Social capital has double sided effects on the employment of college graduates.University students can build their own social network and can also make up for the deficiency of social capital by studying hard.The government should promote the institutional reform to eliminate the adverse effect of social capital and build up a good employment environment to promote the employment of college graduates. |
