| 摘 要： | "三舍人议案"和"乌台诗案",是宋代政治中的重大事件。"三舍人议案"中,苏颂与皇帝、宰相的争论涉及以法治国还是以情代法?用人是皇帝、宰相"已夺"还是付之"听取众议"?"乌台诗案"是以诗文断章取义,罗织罪名的大冤案,此案的罪魁是李定等制造者还是钦定、逮捕、审讯苏轼的宋神宗。分析两案是非曲直、经验教训,对选拔人才、以法治国等都有深刻的启迪意义。

| Abstract: | "Three Sheren Motion"and"Wutaishi'an"were both major events in Song Dynasty Politics."Three Sheren Motion",Su Song and the emperor,prime minister involved in the dispute,according to law to govern his country or to substitute his feelings for the rules of law?Application of cadres is the emperor,prime minister"lame"or pay"to listen to comments of ministers?""Wutaishi'an"ia a big frame-up of poetry out of context,the unjust case,the chief culprit in this case is Li Ding or Songshenzong who decided,arrested and tried Su Shi. Analysis on merits of the two cases,the lessons of experiences.They will have profound enlightenment to select able men,use cadres or the rules of law,current political reforms,etc. |
