| 摘 要： | 采用理论分析、录像观察、力学分析等方法对投篮技术动作作进一步的探讨和分析，着重分析了单手肩上投篮的持球方法、抬肘伸臂、屈腕拨指，提出重视持球方法、提高出手高度、屈腕拨指与瞄准一体化来提高投篮的命中率，提高投篮出手的抗干扰性。

| Abstract: | By the methods of theoretic analysis,video watch,mechanics analysis etc,this essay analyzes single hand up shoulder method of shooting,puts great emphasis to analyze the influenced to the clout the holding of rate the ball the method,raises the elbow to stretch the arm,bends the wrist to stir to finger,which propose and pays attention to method of catching,increases the hand the high degree,the bend wrist stir to point and take aim at the integral to increase to shooting percentage and the anti interference of shooting. |
