摘    要:单杠正握向后大摆振浪动作是发展单杠高难动作的基础,本文将向后大摆振浪动作按接做不同动作的需要,分成大回环型、下法型、空翻再握型和空翻越杠再握型4种。对各种振浪动作、人体受力情况、能量贮备与转换、振浪速度、用力方向、脱手时间部位等因素进行了定量分析。采用人体力学模型的单杠大摆动振浪动作的计算机模拟对比,指出当前很多运动员采用的大屈体振浪动作与直体大摆振浪动作相比较,能量浪费多,动作不流畅,还易造成运动员肩、腰部损伤,振浪的效果几乎相同。建议在做下法时以不采用大屈体振浪动作为宜。

Abstract:The movement giant backward swing with front grasp is the foundation to develop the higher level barperformance. In this article, the author divides the movement into four groups according to the next movement andconducts a quantitative analysis on the movement including the store and transformation of the energy, the timeand position for hands to slip, the direction of the strength and the speed of the waving. Comparing the giantswing with dent legs used more nowadays to the giant layout waving, we found that although there is little different between the results of these two movement, the first one spends more energy and performs less fluently, andthe gymnast is easy to hurt their shoulder and waist. So the movement giant swing with dent legs should be avoided.
