| 摘 要： | 由于中西方语言文化、思维方式不同，英汉句子的结构与思维方式也存在一些差异。以往的研究主要侧重于词汇的文化内涵、言语风格、语言的语用研究、非言语交际以及篇章结构等，对语法结构体现的文化特性讨论较少。文章通过对汉英两种语言在词法和句法上的差异，探讨中西文化的差异。

| Abstract: | As there are essential differences in Chinese and western languages and cultures as well as the way of thinking, there are great differences in sentence structures and ways of thinking between Chinese and English. Previous studies in China had mostly focused styles, the pragmatic use of language, textual structures and on the cultural connotations of word, discourse non-verbal communication with few discussions on how grammar embodies cultural features. This paper attempts to clarify the essential differences in Chinese and western cultures by exploring differences in grammatical structures between Chinese and English. |
