摘    要:为探索女子手球运动员大负荷训练对免疫系统的影响,以18名中国女子手球运动员为研究对象,分析大负荷训练对月经正常和月经异常运动员IFN-γ、IL-2、IL-4和IL-10的mRNA表达变化的影响。结果:1)月经正常组和异常组IFN-γmRNA表达变化相似,第四周、第五周水平比第一周高(p<0.05)。月经正常组和异常组的IL-4mRNA表达逐渐升高,在第五周发生显著性变化但月经异常组第五周的水平低于月经正常组(p<0.05)。2)月经正常组的IFN-γ/IL-4先逐渐升高,后发生降低(与第四周比,p<0.05);月经异常组的IFN-γ/IL-4先逐渐升高,后发生降低,但无显著性变化。结论:四周训练使女子手球运动员机体细胞免疫和体液免疫功能激活,但大负荷训练后到恢复调整周结束时机体免疫稳态出现逐渐失衡,Th1/Th2平衡出现向Th2方向增强趋势,月经正常和异常组无显著差异。要注意大负荷训练期之后的过渡期和调整期运动员预防免疫功能的失衡,预防URTI。

Abstract:To explore the influence of the high training load on the immune system,the 18 women handball players were taken as the subjects,and the changes of the IFN-γ、IL-2、IL-4 and IL10 mRNA expression during one of the typical training cycle of four weeks were tested.The results were as follows: 1) The IFN-γ mRNA expression between the normal and abnormal menstrual players was similar,with the level of the fourth and fifth week high than the first week(p<0.05).The IL-4mRNA expression were also similar,with the level up till the fifth week higher than the first week(p<0.05),but level of the abnormal menstrual players was lower than the normal group(p<0.05.2)The IFN-γ/IL-4 of the normal menstrual players first rise,than fall lower than it in the fourth week(p<0.05).The IFN-γ/IL-4 of the abnormal menstrual players first rise,then fall without any significant changes.Conclusion: The immunity homeostasis variations were similar in the normal and abnormal menstrual players.The training activate the cell mediated immunity and humoral immunity,while after the high load training until the ending of the tapering period the immunity homeostasis came to an imbalance,with the downward of the ratio TH1/TH2.It reminded us that the players immunity imbalance after the high load training till the ending of the tapering period be foreseen to prevent URTI.
