零差速双流传动教学实验平台开发与应用

摘    要:为培养学生的实践能力和创新意识,加深学生对履带式车辆传动系统结构和原理的理解,设计和研制了零差速双流传动教学实验平台。该实验教学平台由变速换档齿轮机构、转向机构、零差速分流/汇流机构、操纵机构和检测控制系统组成,可以实现变速机构实训、转向机构实训,以及制动转向、中心转向、倒车反转向功能。检测控制系统可以获取运动构件运动参数变化的实测曲线,为机构运动分析提供手段和检测方法。实践证明,该平台对于车辆专业构造学的学习起到了非常重要的作用。
