| 摘 要： | 在分析目前多数高校采用的教学院系用房建设与管理一般模式利弊的基础上,提出了按"学科集群,功能优先"的思路谋划建设与布局,按"物业管理,职能优先"的思路实施管理,按"定额使用,超限付费"的思路规范使用的高校教学院系用房建设与管理新模式。

| Abstract: | After analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of common department-building construction and management modes in most of the colleges and universities,a new construction and management mode is proposed in this paper to design the construction layout with the thought of "function-first in discipline group",to carry out the management with the thought of "function-first in property management",and to normalize the use of the buildings with the thought of "free of charge in a limited period time,while pay for overtime use". |
