| 摘 要： | 实验室建设管理是一项复杂的系统工程,也是支撑院校教育发展的重要支柱之一。它不仅影响实验室运行效益和建设水平,而且直接关系到实验教学质量和人才培养素质水平的提高。完善的实验室管理机制是建立在合理的实验室体系基础之上,可见,合理的实验室体系结构是成就管理体制和运行机制的关键。本文就如何加强体系结构建设,提高实验室管理水平开展讨论,以求取得从事实验室管理工作者的共识。

| Abstract: | Because of the particularity of naval academies and the orientation towards personnel training,the transformation of education of institution has put forward higher requirements for experimental teaching and laboratory management.However,in practice,there exist some problems such as unreasonable laboratory system and unclear management mechanism etc.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the key research and develop the practical measures to improved laboratory management.Laboratory construction and management is a complex system engineering and an important support for academy development.It affects the teaching quality and exercitation level.A perfect management is built on a reasonable laboratory system.So the system construction is key to a laboratory.This paper discussed the enhancement of system construction and management a laboratory. |
