| 摘 要： | 以培养学生实践能力为目标,从实验教学中心建设模式、管理体制和运行机制,实验教学管理模式和实验教学体系建设对实验教学团队建设模式进行探讨。加强实验教学团队的建设,对于高等学校进一步推动本科教学质量与教学改革工程建设,提高教师素质、教学能力以及人才培养质量具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Aiming at strengthening studends’ practical ability,the construction mode of experiment teaching team were discussed from the construction mode,the operational and managerial mode of the experiment teaching center,the experiment teaching management mode,and the construction of the experiment teaching system.It is significant to strengthen the building of a high standard teaching team for further promoting teaching reform and discipline construction for teacher development,teaching improvement and talent training in colleges and universities. |
