我国公众科学用盐状况与新型食用盐的研制

摘    要:在阐述高盐饮食对造成心脑血管疾病危害的基础上,分析了目前我国公众科学用盐状况及粉末盐对普通公众用盐习惯带来的影响。研究发现,我国采取的盐勺政策使公众对科学用盐常识有了一定的了解,但在控盐的实际行动上却没有达到理想的效果,用盐的随意性仍十分突出。针对这些问题,笔者分析了粉末盐的弊端,阐述了我国试制生产用量易控、安全可靠、符合科学用盐要求的片剂盐的必要性。最后提出了在本校开展此类产品研制的有利条件和可行性,并对其实施方案进行了简单介绍。

Abstract:This article is to describe the harm of a high-salt diet on cardiovascular diseases,and analyze of the present status of scientifically using salt,and the influence bringing along with people’s habit of salt usage.It indicates that people in China have some knowledge of scientific use of salt by using a spoon to control the amount,but it does reach to the ideal in their daily life.The authors of this paper analyze all the malpractices,elaborate the necessity of trial-producing salt tablets that can be easily controlled and safe,and also,the advantages,feasibilities,and embodiment of developing this new type of salt at Mianyang Normal University are put forward.
