| 摘 要： | 人力资本与经济增长的关系是全球经济环境下探讨的一个重要问题。作为一种生产要素，人力资本对一个国家和地区的经济增长做出了重要贡献。科学地衡量宁夏人力资本存量，研究宁夏人力资本与经济发展的关系对促进宁夏今后的经济发展具有积极的现实意义。采用道格拉斯生产函数，对宁夏人力资本对经济增长做了回归分析，结果说明宁夏经济发展中人力资本的贡献率居于第二位，间接解释了劳动者身上的技能和知识不是社会最大财富的创造源泉，说明从粗放型向集约型转变是宁夏地区经济增长的新动向。

| Abstract: | It is an important question to discuss the relationship between human capital and economic growth under the environment of global economy.As a factor of production,human capital has made great contribution to the economic growth of a country and a region.The scientific measurement of the human capital stock in Ningxia and the research on the relationship between human capital and economic development has active and practical meaning in promoting Ningxia’s economic development in the future.Using Douglas production function to give a recurrent analysis of Ningxia’s human capital,we find that the contribution rate of human capital is in the second place in Ningxia’s economic growth,in other words,labors’ knowledge and skill is not the creative resources of the greatest wealth for society.This indicates that the shift from the extensive form to the intensive form is the new tendency of economic growth in Ningxia. |
