营运客车追尾碰撞速度分析

摘    要:建立某6127型营运客车和某重型货车的追尾碰撞模型,将碰撞速度分别设置为30 Km/h、40 Km/h和50 Km/h,在LS-DYNA软件中分别进行了有限元仿真,通过后排座椅的位移量、客车质心的加速度和假人颈部损伤值三项指标的对比分析,结果表明在40 Km/h的碰撞速度下,车身结构的变形与实际的碰撞事故较为接近,其它两项评价指标也较为合理。

Abstract:This paper is to comparatively analyze the displacement of the back rows of a bus,the acceleration of the bus centroid,and the degree of neck injuries of the target dummies with finite element simulation in software LS-DYNA by assuming the speeds of the rear end collision of a 6217-type bus and some heavy truck are 30Km/h、40Km/h and 50Km/h.And the experimental result is: the deformation of the bus body is close to the actual collision under the speed of 40Km/h,and the other two are also somewhat reasonable.
