三种姜中微量元素的测定

摘    要:用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定炮姜、干姜和高良姜中Ca、Fe、Cu、Mn、Zn、Cd、Pb等七种微量元素的含量,并分析不同姜之间微量元素的差异。结果表明,不同姜中微量元素的含量有较大差异。炮姜中Fe、Cu、Zn、Cd的含量都高于干姜和高良姜,高良姜中Mn、Pb的含量远远高于炮姜和干姜,而干姜中Ca的含量又是三种姜中含量最高的,其含量达到了2298.80 mg.kg-1。总的来说,三种姜中各种微量元素的差异较为明显。

Determination of Trace Elements in Three Gingers

Abstract:The contents of Ca、Fe、Cu、Mn、Zn、Cd、Pb in rhizoma zingiberis preparatum,dried ginger and galangal were measured by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry and the different of contents of the trace elements in different gingers were analyzed.The results show that,in different gingers,the contents of trace elements are quite different.In Rhizoma zingiberis preparatum,the contents of Fe、Cu、Zn、Cd are higher than the other two.In galangal,the contents of Mn、Pb are far more than theirs,and the content of Ca in dried ginger is highest among the three,about 2298.80 mgokg-1.In general,the differences of trace elements in them are quite obvious.
