| 摘 要： | 文化多样性产生的根源来源于地理环境的千差万别,任何一种文化都是依赖于一定的自然环境和社会文化生境的。文化多样性应该是人类创新的动力和源泉,这是我们理解文化多样性的最基本点。一个地区或一个民族的文化特殊性,往往是这个地区或民族赖依生存的精神支柱,这种文化的认同往往成为一个地区人民或一个民族＂自信＂的基础。由于少数民族地区经济发展水平普遍落后,民族整体上的＂自信＂往往不够,面对现代化、全球化进程中＂优势＂民族文化进入,这种传承社区、文化生态区对整体民族文化的保护和传承的自我恢复能力十分有限。东亚日本、韩国和我国的台湾、香港地区较快进入和完成现代化过程,但其传统文化却得到较好的保护,体现了现代化与传统文化的较好结合,值得我们借鉴。

| Abstract: | The origination of cultural variety is from different geographic situations and a culture derives from a specific natural environment and social circumstance.The cultural variety is the basic point that people apprehend varieties of cultures in the world.The specific culture in a region or an ethnic group is the foundation,and the spiritual backbone,of that region or ethnic group.Due to the fact that the economy in some regions is underdeveloped,the cultures in those regions are overwhelmed by other invaded cultures,which devalue the regional cultures.Fortunately,the experiences in Japan,South Korea,Taiwan and Hong Kong set us a good example for their better protection of their own cultures in the process of modernization. |
