| 摘 要： | 法学案例教学法与传统教学法各有利弊,对案例教学法应予以正确认识.在实际教学中,我们应用了新型的案例教学模式.并对案例教学的设计与实践进行了总结和反思,分析了应用案例教学法应当注意的若干问题.
