| 摘 要： | 高职学生管理工作是影响高职院校办学质量、制约高职教育发展的重要因素。倡导和强化服务意识，尊重和维护学生合法权利，建立以人为本的管理模式势在必行。高职院校应树立以人为本的管理观和辨证的学生观，实行“三三”工作模式，创新高职学生管理工作。
