| 摘 要： | 党建带团建是来自基层的创造。在新形势下,高校共青团只有在党建的带领和带动下,通过在思想、作风、组织等方面带,以“推优入党”工作为衔接点,推进团的组织机构、工作载体、工作手段、考评机制的创新,努力加强自身建设,才能有效地推动团组织的顺利发展,增强团组织的生机与活力,巩固党的青年群众基础,确保党的事业后继有人,兴旺发达。

| Abstract: | Party building leads the Communist Youth League ( CYL) of China building" is a kind of creation that comes from basic unit. In the new situations, the CYL should be under the leading and pushing of the Party from the aspects of the ideology, style, organization and etc. , consider the work "electing elite as party members" as joint point, give impetus to the CYL's organization structure, working carrier, working methods, the innovation of evaluation system, and strive for self - development. Only under such circumstances can we impel the development of the CYL organization effectively, vitalize the CYL, strengthen the youth mass foundation of the Party, and ensure the successors and prosperity of our Party, |
