| 摘 要： | 领导班子建设是基层党建的重要内容，建设和谐的领导班子是建设和谐社会的关键，在建设和谐领导班子进程中，党政“一把手”的率先垂范是建设和谐领导班子的关键；保持领导班子思想的高度统一是建设和谐领导班子的基础；坚持民主集中制是建设和谐领导班子的保证；实现科学执政、民主执政、依法执政是建设和谐领导班子的着力点，不断加强领导班子建设，才能推进建设和谐社会的进程。

| Abstract: | The construction of leading group is not only a major content to the construction of rooted Party but a key to harmonize the society. During the process to construct a harmonious leading group, the excellency of the head of the group is the key with the unification of thoughts as the basis, democratic centralization as the insurance. It is only by ever strengthening the leading groups that we can construct a harmonious society. |
