| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会，是我们党从建设中国特色社会主义事业的全局出发提出的一项重大任务。当前，农民工权益保障程度，已经成为构建和谐社会的重要标志之一。认真分析农民工权益缺失的现状与原因，对促进社会主义和谐社会的构建具有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | The building of harmonious socialist society is a great task which is promoted by CPC from the overall situation of socialism with Chinese characteristics.At present,the protecting degree of migrant workers' right and interests becomes a kind of standard of harmonious society.It has vital significance for promoting the building of harmonious society to analyze the status and cause of absence of migrant workers' rights and interests. |
