| 摘 要： | 当今投掷标枪技术正朝着快速助跑和快速投掷的方向发展,这对整个动作环节提出了较高要求,也对队员身体的左侧轴（左肩、左腿、左膝和左脚）,特别是左侧支撑工作提出了更高的要求。本文从生物力学角度对投掷标枪左侧支撑动作进行全面分析,科学论证了左侧支撑是掷标枪技术环节中不可忽视的一个重要因素。

| Abstract: | Modern javelin technique is towards to the direction of fast run up and throwing. It puts a higher demand on entire movement, also on athletes’ left axial such as left shoulder, left leg, left knee and left leg, especially left side supported the work to set a higher request. This paper made comprehensive analysis on left leg support in javelin throw from the angle of biomechanics and scientific explained the important factors of left leg support in technical movement of javelin throw. |
