摘    要:薪金激励的特点是直观、可预见性强,经营者的风险相对较小,但短期行为严重,不利于企业长远发展;股权激励则能使经营者更加注重企业的长远发展,经营者通过股权激励可以取得较高的收入和报酬,但风险相对比薪金激励要高。对于多数企业而言,目前阶段较适宜的激励方式是薪金与股权相结合.薪金作为经营者基本的生活保证,股权作为经营者对企业贡献的特别奖励。

Abstract:The characteristics of salary motivation are directness and high foreseeability. This kind of venture is comparatively small for managers,but the short behavior is serious and not favorable to the long development of enterprises. However, motivation of stock ownership can make the managers pay much attention to the long development of enterprises.The managers can gain higher income and reward through motivation of stock ownership,but venture for them is higher than that of salary motivation. At present, for many enterprises , it is advisable for them to combine the two kinds of motivation ways-making the way of salary as the basic living guarantee and stock ownership as special award of their contributions to the enterprises for the managers.
