少年男篮运动员学、假期训练负荷量安排的研究

摘    要:通过对少年男篮运动员学期和假期的训练负荷量进行测定,研究表明在负荷强度适宜的情况下,过大地增加训练负荷量也会导致过度疲劳现象的发生.因此,为避免在假期集训时大负荷量对少年男篮运动员的机体造成损伤,应注重对训练负荷量的监控,遵循循序渐进原则,变换周负荷的结构和周训练内容.

Abstract:Adopted mainly the experiment method,this study conducted a test about the training load of the teenager male basketball athletes during the term and the vacation.The results of this study indicated that when the training intensity is proper,the over-loaded training might lead to the over-fatigue phenomena.Accordingly,in order to avoid the injury that was caused by the over-loaded training during the vacation among the teenager male basketball athletes,it was suggested to draw on controlling the training load,following from the gradual progressive principle,and change the weekly structure of training load and change the weekly training content.
