| Abstract: | The key of library work in information age is how to more fully and effectively develop,disseminate and apply knowledge.Improving the effciency and service quality of work and make it be full of vitality and competitiveness is a major issue that the librarye must solve.This paper probes into the concept,measures and some related questions of library administrative innovation in order to bring into play better the function of library and provide a perfect,satisfactory and higher quality service for readers. |
