| 摘 要： | 城市土地资源的稀缺性使得成熟地段的新房交易数量急剧减少,二手房的交易量稳步攀升,二手房贷款逐渐升温。但我国二手房贷款市场存在的问题还很多,深入地分析和探索这些问题,寻找解决的办法和对策,对于稳定二手房交易有着十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | The scarcity of urban land makes the numbers of transactions of new houses in good locations reduce sharply,and the numbers of second-hand housing transactions increase steadily,and thereby causing second-hand housing loan to heat up gradually.But there are also many problems in the market of second-hand housing loan,therefore,to fully analyze and explore these problems,and find solutions and measures is of great significance for the stabilization of second-hand housing transactions. |
