| 摘 要： | 随着政府采购制度的全面铺开和高等学校的快速发展,高校政府采购工作已经成为高校仪器设备采购中的主要方式。但由于政府采购在高校推行的时间较短、缺乏经验,存在不少亟待解决的问题。如何规范政府采购,提高采购效率,已成为各高校采购中重点研究的课题。

| Abstract: | With the overall spreading of the government procurement system,and the quickly development of high school,government procurement has become a major way to purchase the teaching instrument and equipment in high school.Because the short time and lack of experience,the goverment procurement carried out in college has many problems to be solved.How to standard the government procurement,and improve the purchasing efficiency is an important study subject in each college purchasing. |
