| 摘 要： | 师范生免费教育政策的实施,充分体现了党和国家对农村基础教育事业的高度重视和关注。免费师范生必须具备高尚师德,毕业后才能够德学兼备、爱岗敬业,把长期从教的义务变为乐教爱教的热情。应通过构建内化机制、名师言传身教、建立见习基地、开启实践体验教育等方式,努力做好免费师范生的师德培养工作。
