| 摘 要： | 党的"十八大"报告把生态文明建设纳入中国特色社会主义事业总体布局,昭示了大力推进生态文明建设的坚强意志和决心。建设生态文明是一场涉及思想认识、观念行为、生产生活方式和体制机制的根本性变革,必须深刻理解其基本内涵、鲜明特征和重点任务。环境保护是生态文明建设的主阵地和根本措施,要积极探索在发展中保护、在保护中发展的环保新道路,推进环境保护与经济发展的协调融合,形成节约环保的空间格局、产业结构、生产方式、生活方式,着力解决影响科学发展和损害群众健康的突出环境问题,加快建立生态文明制度,统筹国际国内两个大局。

| Abstract: | Promoting ecological progress was included in the overall layout of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the Report of the Eighteenth National Congress of CPC. This indicates the strong will and determination of our party to vigorously promote ecological civilization. To promote ecological progress is a fundamental change which relates to ideology, concept, system and mechanism, and mode of production and life style. We must have a profound understanding of its basic connotation, characteristics and key tasks. Environmental protection is the main front and fundamental measures for promoting ecological progress. We must actively explore the new path for environmental protection in China with the characteristic of environmental protection through economic development and economic development through environmental protection, promote the coordination and integration of environmental protection and economic development, develop the spatial pattern of industrial structure, mode of production and way of life with the characteristics of resource conservation and environmental protection, solve prominent environmental problems which affect scientific development and threaten public health, accelerate the establishment of ecological civilization system, and take into consideration both international and domestic affairs. |
