基于顾客满意的体育健身娱乐服务概念解析

摘    要:采用文献资料等研究方法,针对服务概念的形成与演变,从服务业发展的背景中逻辑性地分析了体育健身娱乐业和体育健身娱乐服务的概念与时代特征,突破了传统看待体育健身娱乐业的范畴,对体育健身娱乐服务进行了重新定位与认识。

Abstract:Using the methods of documentary research and other research methods, and aiming at the formation and evolvement of the service concept, the sports fitness recreation industry, its concept and time features were analyzed logically based on the development of service industry. There were breakthroughs in the traditional concept of sports fitness and recreation industry by redefining and recognizing the sports fitness and recreation service.
