| 摘 要： | 教研团队的优化建设是学科教学质量提高的前提和保证。在＂煤地质学＂课程教研团队建设过程中,实现了团队学缘结构的多样化、年龄结构梯队化、教学任务合理化,青年教师培养成为团队建设的重点内容,并获得了煤地质领域多项国家级、部省级教学与研究成果。

| Abstract: | The optimized construction of teaching and researching team is the premise and guarantee for the quality of teaching.During the process of teaching group construction for coal geology,the graduation structure is diverse,age structure is stepwise and pedagogical task is rational.Training of young teachers is the key aspects for the optimized construction of teaching group.As the same time,many national and provincial teaching and researching achievements have been obtained in the field of coal geology. |
