| 摘 要： | 通过运用德国SIMI Motion Analysis软件对排球扣球时腕关节击球动作高速录像分析，得出：运动员对速度的利用情况有差异，对于速度利用率低的运动员应改变其扣球时机，同时对于最快挥臂速度小的运动员也应提高其挥臂速度。

| Abstract: | By applying SIMI Motion Analysis software made in Germany, and after analyzing analyzes the wrist action in volleyball smash in the way of high speed video tape, this article draws a conclusion: the athletes are different in using the speed. The article also puts forward its suggestion; the athletes with inefficient use of the speed should change the time of the smash and those with low maximal velocity of smash should enhance their velocity. |
