摘    要:针对当前师范生教育技术能力的培训现状,根据《中小学教师教育技术能力标准》,对师范生教育技术能力的培养目标和要求进行分析,在"主导—主体"教学设计模式指导下提出师范生教育技术能力的培养模式,并对其流程进行具体分析,旨在提高师范生教育技术能力培训的实效性,从根本上促进师范生的教育技术能力建设。
