| 摘 要： | 采用自编体育锻炼评价量表研究工具对中南区高等农业院校在校大学生参与课余体育锻炼现状进行研究分析,确定了影响中南区高等农业院校大学生参与课余体育锻炼的影响因素。以此掌握第一手资料可以改进大学的体育教学,培养大学生终身体育意识、能力和习惯,为推动全民健身计划顺利实施提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | By using physical exercise evaluation scale research tools analyzes the present situations of agricultural college students' extracurricular physical exercise,and discovered its influence factors.This first-hand information can improve college students' lifelong physical education and sports consciousness,ability and habits.The author aims to provide some useful reference to national fitness program. |
