| 摘 要： | 网络环境下,随着图书馆的结构、功能发生了巨大的变化,读者服务的服务对象范围不断地延伸,服务方式多元化。做好读者服务工作,高校图书馆要树立个性化服务理念和数字化服务理念,建立一支复合型的馆员队伍,建立学科馆员制度,开展网上学科导航服务,开展读者导读咨询服务。
