摘 要: | 指出目前企业客户关系管理系统的局限性,认为客户关系管理系统和协同管理系统的整合是可行的解决方案。在对协同管理系统和客户关系管理系统进行对比分析的基础上,探讨了两者整合后的系统功效和特点。
