| Abstract: | Defence and counterpunch are the key parts as far as the techniques of Sanda are concerned. In the article, based on the scenes of matches in our country as well as the teaching practice, the author analyses the relationship between defence and attack, the acquiring of defence and attack skills, and the main points in the practice of defence and attack. |
