论教师工作的限度

摘    要:对工作限度的迷失导致中小学教师在工作中的“无所适从”。在教师工作任务视角——研究视角——生活视角的演变中表现出“过度”。从教师和学生、教师和知识、教师和自我的关联处分析过度的缘由,由此寻找教师工作限度的临界点。在对教师工作存在性质的选择中得出教师工作的限度是:指向学生的共性发展、以科学为内涵、以理性为指导。

Abstract:Teachers' work showed "a loss" is caused due to lost working limits. From the evolution of perspective inclu- ding task perspective, research perspective and life perspective the teachers working shows "excessive". Analysis from the correlation including teachers and students, teachers and knowledge, teachers and self, at the excessive reason, and thus find the critical point of the teachers' work limits. Draw the limits of the work of teachers in the choice of the nature of teachers' work exists: the work of teachers to the students' common development; teachers' work is based on scientific connotation; the work of teachers is rational as a guide.
