| 摘 要： | 法国实施教育世俗化的原则,国家不允许在公立学校内进行宗教教育.发展公民能力与学会共处是法国公民教育的重点.小学公民教育的基本目标是使每个学生在个性特点和独立性逐渐形成过程中更好地融入班级与学校生活.初中公民教育以人的基本权利为核心目标,着眼于人与公民的培养.高中的公民教育则是现实世界中对公民身份概念的深入分析与实践.校园暴力和社会的不平等现象使法国公民教育面临挑战.
