| 摘 要： | 建设和谐社会是当今社会的伟大使命,建设和谐图书馆则是建设和谐社会不可或缺的一个部分.然而,目前我国大部分图书馆还存在着一些不和谐的因素,主要有来自图书馆与读者用户方面的不和谐现象、图书管理人员之间的不和谐、图书馆硬件设施方面的不和谐等因素,为此,我们图书馆不能满足于现有的服务水平,还应在积极构建和谐图书馆方面加以努力,以适应和谐社会发展的需要.
