摘    要:多元智能理论提供了看待学生成功问题的全新视角,对评估学生素质的传统观念提出了挑战。把学习困难学生称作“后进生”的定义并不准确,其本质是教育歧视;所谓“转化”也有违人才成长的规律,不是真正的因材施教。取消“后进生”的称谓,改变传统的“转化”观念及做法,尊重差异.建立适应这种差异的多元化的教育制度,才是促进全面发展的治本之策。

Abstract:Multi-intellectual ability theory provides us a completely new aspect of regarding students and challenges the traditional theory of evaluating students' ability. It is not so proper to call the students who have trouble in study backward students. the connotation shows education prejudice. The so-called students transformation also breaks the rule of talents development, and it's not truly teaching students in accordance of their aptitude. Abolishing the appellation of backward students, changing traditional opinions and actions of transformation, respecting individual differences, establishing a new multi-education system are the basic policies of promoting full developing.
