| 摘 要： | 从高校科技创新能力的涵义入手,分析了高校科技创新与区域经济发展的互动关系及全球金融危机对高校科技创新的影响,探讨全球金融危机背景下高校科技创新支撑地方经济发展的对策,旨在为政府、高校及有关部门制定应对金融危机的相关政策提供科学依据。
