| 摘 要： | 我国正从"内向型经济"转向国际贸易的"外向型经济",已成为"世界工厂"。国家利益和国家安全的空间向全球扩展。在这个过程中,海权不仅能够保障我国对外贸易的发展,促进经济的增长,而且能够维护我国的独立和统一,最终成为实现中华民族伟大复兴和国际战略的强有力的工具。

| Abstract: | China is developing from "inward-looking economy" to international trade "export-oriented economy" and a "factory of the world." National interests and national security space to expand globally,in the process,Sea power not only to protect the rights of China's foreign trade development and promote economic growth,but also to preserve our independence and unity,the ultimate realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the international strategy of the powerful tools. |
