| 摘 要： | 断句是是同声传译最重要的技巧之一。结合语结理论,对布什2006年国情咨文英汉同声传译(有删节)的断句进行的个案研究,通过仔细对比原文和译文,分析断句单位的构成,证实了英汉同声传译的断句单位与英语语结之间存在较高的相关性,即绝大部分的断句单位就是英语语结。

| Abstract: | Syntactic linearity is one of the most essential principles of SI,which demands parsing of the source language.This paper probes into the rules of parsing in English-Chinese SI through a case study.In the light of nexus theory,the author analyzes units of parsing in the English-Chinese SI for President Bush's 2006 State of Union Address(with some deletions),discovers in the end that there is a positive correlation between nexuses and units of parsing,i.e.most of the units of parsing are nexuses. |
