| 摘 要： | 本文在解析信息生态系统及其特征的基础上,分析现阶段信息失衡的主要表现,阐述培育信息生态平衡有效机制的主要途径.同时指出,信息环境的核心要素是人,信息生态系统的建设应坚持以人为本的和谐发展观;只有立足于人与信息环境协调发展,建立良好的信息生态系统,才能促进信息资源得到更加合理与有效地利用.
