| 摘 要： | 情报检索是当代社会人们获取情报的重要手段,“语言保证”作用是情报检索“桥梁”效应的基本条件。而情报语言,情报标识和检索技术则是情报检索“语言保证”作用的三大建构要素。情报语言应创制与改造并举,使之科学化,现代化,国际化;情报标识应尽量优化情报管理阶段的专业素质和服务质量;检索技术则应强化检索人员的情报意识,即通过开设公共课,开展用户培训等方法,普及情报知识,提高用户检索能力。

| Abstract: | Information search is the important device for modern people to get information while information language plays a role of "bridge" in the information search. Information language, information mark and search technology are the three factors for the role of language guarantee in the information search. Information language should be programmed and reformed as well, making it in a more scientific, modern and international way. Information mark should optimize the professionals' qualifications and improve their quality of service. Search technology should intensify the professionals' information awareness by opening public courses and getting the clients trained in order to popularize information knowledge and improve the clients' ability of search. |
