| 摘 要： | 在现代高等学校组织系统中存在行政管理目标游离于教育目标之外 ,行政权力泛化的现象。因此 ,有必要对高等学校行政管理目标进行再认识 ,明确树立高等学校行政管理应为教育目标服务的思想。
