| 摘 要： | 轻钢结构以其强度高、结构尺寸小、自重轻、施工速度快、抗震性能好及工业化程度高受到工程界的关注。本文首先对钢结构的发展的作了回顾，然后介绍了轻钢结构的主要结构方案，并对各种方案做了评述；最后介绍了近年来建成的轻钢住宅试点工程。

| Abstract: | Lightweight steel structures are popular in the engineering world by its higher strength,smaller struc- ture members,light self-weight,easy construction and industrialized fabrication.In this paper,the development of steel structures is reviewed,and the structural scheme of lightweight steel structures is also introduced and approved. Finally,some exploration residential buildings of lightweight steel structures are reported. |
